- We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan
- Standard delivery charge is Rs.200 flat for all orders below Rs.3,500
- Orders above Rs.3,500 qualify for free delivery nationwide
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Cosmera.store is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products only
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and damage claims
- Used, opened, or damaged-by-customer products are not eligible for return
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer within 3–5 working days

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you must record an unboxing video as proof to file a claim. No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video. Please record a clear video of the sealed parcel and continue recording as you open it completely. This protects both you and us.
