At Cosmera.store, we want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Unboxing Video — Important!
Required for all return & damage claims

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you must have an unboxing video as proof to file a claim. No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video. Please record a clear video of the sealed parcel and continue recording as you open it completely. This protects both you and us.

Product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Order ID and unboxing video or photo is required for all return claims.
Sealed Products
Product seal must be intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Eligible for Return
  • Wrong product delivered — different from what you ordered
  • Damaged or broken product received
  • Product missing from your order
  • Expired product delivered
  • Defective or not working product

Not Eligible for Return
  • Product has been used or opened
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged by customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product purchased on clearance or final sale
  • No unboxing video or proof provided

How to Return — Step by Step
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos or unboxing video of the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm your return request within 24 hours
  4. Ship the product back in its original packaging to our address
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
